Returns & Refunds are allowed!
If your item/s arrived damaged, please contact us via the tiny chat button and provide proof of the damage. You will be refunded or resent the product with no issue :)
If your order gets lost (tracking not updated for 1-2 months, again covid effects delivery), you will be refunded or resent the product with no issue as long as the tracking number proves so :)
If you provide the wrong address (which is more common than you think!) and need an item to be resent, you will need to provide the cost of shipping again)
If you would like to return an item, you will also have to pay for the item to be returned back
